About Healthy Freedom Yoga
Yoga is a combination of physical exercise, breath awareness and internal focus allowing the individual to integrate their unique body/mind story to liberate tension and reduce restrictions, leading to increased strength and flexibility.

Your teacher, Kate Morsley, has extensive training in both dynamic and hatha styles and has been teaching yoga in the Ascot and Sunningdale area for 16 years. She also teaches partner yoga and yoga in schools, prisons and hospitals.
She is a teacher member of the British Wheel of Yoga and has studied with many international teachers including Beryl Bender Birch (Power Yoga); David Swenson and Danny Paradise (Ashtanga Yoga); Liz Lark and Swami Vedantananda Sw. (Satyananda Yoga, Bihar School, India)’.
1-to-1 Sessions
You may wish to take a private class if you would like more individual attention; to prepare yourself for class practice, to develop and expand your own personal practice or investigate some challenging areas.
Kate offers individual classes which can be combined with massage for a complete experience. Perhaps you are recovering from illness or experiencing an ongoing condition which requires extra support or adapted methods. You may wish to learn meditation techniques or learn how to incorporate better nutrition into your life.
You can also team up with a friend and have a fun session together. A private yoga and massage session is a welcome and imaginative gift.
